PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane antenna for mobile SNG provided with a sub-array by which production of a grating globe caused at a tilted transmission beam and its production level are suppressed below a specified criterion. SOLUTION: The plane of each sub array 2 with a lowest side lobe is overlapped in an orbit direction 4 of a geostationary satellite, and each sub array 2 is densely arranged in the orbit direction 4 of the geostationary satellite while deviating each position of the sub arrays. Thus, when an antenna beam is tilted from a front direction through electronic tracing, production of grating globe or its level caused in a zone within a view angle±3 degrees (angle of 0 degree indicates an orbit of the geostationary satellite) from a transmission point on the earth in a direction orthogonal to the orbit along the orbit of the geostationary satellite is suppressed so as to allow a moving ship or automobile or the like to communicate a television video and audio signal while making electronic automatic tracing.
