PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suppress the deterioration of image quality due to a deteriorated developer and to prevent soiling due to scattering at the time of recovering the deteriorated developer by easily realizing a trickling system while satisfying the demand such as the miniaturization and simplification of a device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with toner/carrier supplying means 5 for supplying each color-component toner and carriers into developing means 4 (4a to 4b) respectively and a deteriorated developer recovering means 6 discharging/recovering the deteriorated developer in each developing means 4 from the discharge ports 7 of each developing means 4. At this time, as the deteriorated developer recovering means 6, a path in a rotary shaft 9 which is extended in an axial direction is formed in the rotary shaft of a rotary holder 3, the path in the rotary shaft 9 is connected to and made to communicate with a single recovering space part 8 and the discharge ports 7 of each developing means 4 are connected to and made to communicate with the path in the rotary shaft 9 of the rotary holder 3. A forcedly carrying means 10 is formed so that the deteriorated developer discharged from the discharge ports 7 of each developing means 4 is carried to the recovering space part 8 through the path in the rotary shaft 9 of the rotary holder 3. |
