The device for delivering and smearing sun oils and similar, with a roller and a telescopic handle, with the bottle that may be incorporated and replaced, according to the present invention, mainly consists of a plastic or other material container (1) for a bottle that may be incorporated, with sun oil or cream, and also comprising means (5) for transferring the content, little by little, into a suitable small basin (4) from which, by means of an incorporated and partially projecting roller (3), said oil may be smeared onto the skin, reaching also areas until now unapproachable by a single person like the back, due to a handle (9) linked with the container (1) and that may be opened like a telescope.
