<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof member with a reduced manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A sound-proof member 10 has a main part 51 which can be fitted to a through-hole provided in a partition wall, and a holding hole 53 which is airtightly put onto the outer surface of a wiring harness 56, a fixed part 13 fixed to the opening edge part of the holding hole 53, and protruding parts 14 which are linked with the fixed part 13 and protrude from the opening edge part of the holding hole 53 toward the inside.
