<p>PURPOSE: A high concentration organic odor treatment equipment using microorganism immobilized on circular cilial contact filter media is provided, which can remove bad-smelling matters of 500 ppm of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide greatly and can remove mercaptane also. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a pH reaction tank (2) that consists of an inlet (1), a circulating distribution pipe (11), in which bad-smelling matter is adjusted to pH 6-8 and mixed to make primary neutralization by the distribution pipe (11) for removing odor matter of 500 ppm and pH3-8; and (ii) a biological decomposing tank (14) that has a sludge discharge line (13) at the bottom and a gas discharge line (15) at the top, in which circular cilial filter media and porous pearlite are charged on a distributing plate (3) set at the lower part of the biological decomposing tank (14) and an inoculum and water distributor (5) is provided above the media for proceeding secondary deodorizing.</p> |
