PURPOSE: An information booklet for internet homepage address is provided to supply a plurality of homepage addresses so that an internet user can find out a homepage address easily and catch desired information rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A business type classification indication column(4), corresponding to a business type index, is arranged in a side of an information containing column(3). One side of the information containing column(3) is divided into an information column(2) classified by enterprises and a common business type illustration column(8). The classified-by-enterprises information column(2) is segmented into a homepage address column(5) and a business detail column(6).
