PURPOSE: A method for an online tender adapted to which a model of multiple rounds is provided to guarantee the transparency and fairness of the tender, by selecting the companies that participate in next round of the tender until the most suitable winner of the tender is determined if the winner is not decided, and thereby performing the next round thereof. CONSTITUTION: The apply for the tender is registered in a web site(201,202). The company that participates in the tender inputs the details for the tender into the web site(203,204). If there is not the winner of the tender, the companies for the next round of the tender are selected, and then the round processes that the selected companies input their details for the tender are repeated until the winner thereof is determined(207-212). In each round of the tender, tender apply members determine desired companies based on the their tender details, and decides the companies with high ranks in the tender as those for the next round of the tender if the number of the determined companies is less than a predetermined number.
