PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming a baked food and a method therefor by which a mass production can be performed by achieving a continuous baking processing and the baked food can certainly be formed to an optional shape of finished product at a low cost. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a female mold 16 having a recessed part 18 of the female mold a male mold 14 having a recessed part 38 of the male mold engaged with the recessed part 18 of the female mold and forming the closed space S, a lifting core 34 having a lifting face 34a installed at the inside of the recessed part 18 of the female mold so as to freely be detachable and forming the bottom of the recessed part 18 of the female mold and a valve mechanism 44 installed at the recessed part 38 of the male mold and for ventilating inside of the closed space S and preventing raw materials M of a food from spouting out when charging the raw materials M of the food into the recessed part 18 of the female mold and carrying out the lifting operation of the lifting core 34 in the state which the male mold 14 is closed. The prevention of the raw materials from spouting out and the ventilation can be performed while applying a forming pressure from the lower side. |
