PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output apparatus wherein dust is not adhered to toner and defective transferring of toner does not occur. SOLUTION: An adhering sheet 16 having an adhering layer is superposed on an image receiving sheet 12 on which the toner is transferred by a laminating mechanism 38 in the image output apparatus 30 and they are heated and pressed against each other. They are peeled from a drum 34 to be discharged to a discharge tray 78 by means of a peeling mechanism 42 in a condition that the image receiving sheet 12 and the adhering sheet 16 are laminated. As a result, the toner is covered with the adhering sheet 16 so that dust is not stuck to the toner. When a support body of the adhering sheet 16 is a recording paper, the toner is directly transferred to the recording paper as the support body of the adhering sheet so that dust does not enter a gap between the adhering layer and the recording paper. A process of transferring the toner to the recording paper can be obviated so that it is possible to simplify the process of recording and transferring the image. |
