PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working circuit of an opening and closing member capable of preventing movement of an automobile in a state where the opening and closing member of a wing, etc., is opened. SOLUTION: A driving circuit 14 is connected to an off (OFF) terminal of an ignition switch 11 through a main switch 12 and an elevation switch 13. Additionally, an alarm circuit (buzzer) 15 is connected to the off (OFF) terminal through a wing opening detection switch 16 to detect that a wing is opened. A starter motor 18 is connected to a starter (ST) terminal of the ignition switch 11 through a wing closing detection switch 17 to detect that the wing is closed. The main switch 12 and the elevation switch 13 become effective and opening and closing operation of the opening and closing member comes to be feasible at the time when the ignition switch 11 is off (OFF). Additionally, it comes to be possible to start the starter motor 18 only at the time when the wing is in a closed state when an engine of the automobile is started.
