PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows chamber for particle accelerator, enabling a high-frequency current to flow easily, capable of suppressing generation of eddy currents, and moreover capable of being installed in a bent part of accumulation ducts, where a deflection electromagnet is installed. SOLUTION: The bellows chamber 13 is installed at the particle accelerator and is configured, so that bellows 12 installed and connected between accumulation ducts 4a, and inside the bellows 12, an inner pipe 14 of such a structure allowing high frequency current to flow easily and difficult for eddy current to flow, is installed in connection between the accumulation ducts 4a via a contact shoe 16.
