PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric transformer which realizes the injection of conductive bonding material from a single direction into plural injection parts in order to connect the electrodes of a piezoelectric transformer element and the electrode terminals of a case and which can be assembled with inexpensive facility. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric transformer element 24 consisting of a piezoelectric substrate 26 and electrodes 28, 30 and 32 is housed in the case 12. The conductive bonding material is injected between electrode terminals 18, 20 and 22 extending from the wall 16 of the case 12 and the element 24. In this case, a needle 38 for injecting the conductive bonding material is arranged at the opening part 37 of an injection part 36 on a side object to the bottom surface 14 of the case 12 to inject the conductive bonding material. The conductive bonding material is collected between the bent parts 18a, 20a and 22a of the terminals 18, 20 and 22 and the element 24 to bond the electrodes 28, 30 and 32 and the terminals 18, 20 and 22.
