PURPOSE: A customer management system on the network is provided to offer the sales tool and the products information to a salesman through the Internet and to offer environment enabling the salesman to sell the products to a customer. CONSTITUTION: The system includes the customer management system(10), a member(20) and the customer(30). The customer management system provides the various sales tools capable of managing the customer and the information of the sales products through the wire/wireless Internet. The sales tools include the divers CRM(Customer Relationship Management) tool and the information. The member provides the information and services to the customer by using the customer management system and sells the products. In case that the member sells the products provided from the customer management system, the products delivery is directly managed by the customer management system or a products supplier delivers the products to the customer in accordance with the directions of the customer management system.
