PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof ventilation louver capable of exhibiting high waterproof performance while securing sufficient ventilation. SOLUTION: A vertical blade 7 is formed so that a frame body 2 is formed into a substantially V-shape in the width directional (inside-outside directional) cross section while a first arc-shaped face 8 and a second arc-shaped face 9 curved in the different directions from each other on both sides of a bending point 7a of the vertical blade 7 are formed continuously. On the outside of the bending point 7a, an intermediate groove member 10 extended from the second arc-shaped face 9 and shaped into an inverted-L shape in the cross section is formed integrally, and in the lower edge of the second arc-shaped face 9, a lower edge groove member 11 having an L-shaped cross section is formed integrally. Through clearances (ventilation passages) 12 between the vertical blades 7, 7, etc., outside air is passed indoors from the outdoors.
