PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work required for anti-freeze measure by constituting an anti-freeze pack so as to be surely interrupt the penetration of moisture into a casing the attach to and detach it from a push-button locking device by a single operation. SOLUTION: The casing 7 of the push-button device 6 is mounted on the surface of a door 2 in the state that a watertight elastic frame member 12 slightly larger than the circumferential surface of the casing 7 is interposed between the reverse side of the casing 7 and the surface of the door 2. The anti-freeze pack 13 having a size capable of internally housing the casing 7 and formed of a watertight material opened in the reverse side is pushed to the door 2 side until the opening inner surface is fitted onto the circumferential edge of the elastic frame member 12, whereby the whole casing 7 is covered with the anti-freeze pack 13 from the outside.
