PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false color elimination device, a false color elimination program, a false color elimination method and a digital camera which enable a user to feel no sense of incongruity due to the presence of a false color in an image in which parts with a large luminance difference exist. SOLUTION: A false color pixel existing close to an edge with a large luminance difference is detected in color image data of a dot matrix shape resulting from expressing an image imaged by a CCD element with a gradation value of a prescribed element color and is removed by smoothing processing or the like. Thus, no sense of incongruity due to the false color is felt in the image with parts having a large luminance difference. |
