PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which can obtain required drive characteristics. SOLUTION: The other end 12c of a spring member 12 is pressed against an eccentric pushing force adjustment cam 13. If the pushing force adjustment cam 13 is turned by loosening a screw 13a and pressed against the other end 12c as shown by dot lines in Figure, one end 12a of the spring member 12 pushes a portion 11d of a supporter 11 upward in Figure. With such a constitution, a protrusion 36 of a vibration plate 10 is pushed toward a rotor 100 side, and the drive efficiency of the rotor 100 can be improved.
