PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distributor and an advertisement distribution method that can manage advertisement video images distributed on a network in a unified way, efficiently distribute the advertisement video images and acquired information associated with their viewing. SOLUTION: A computer system on the network including a mobile phone network connectable to the Internet is provided with a data distribution means that distributes advertisement video data in cross-reference with a prescribed advertisement address to a video reproducing player making an access to the prescribed advertisement address when the video reproducing player on the network accesses the prescribed advertisement address.
