PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle cargo bed having a structure for smoothly elevating/lowering a ceiling component of the vehicle cargo bed with respect to a cargo bed body. SOLUTION: In the vehicle cargo bed comprising the ceiling component 22 constituting a ceiling of the vehicle cargo bed, the cargo bed body 2 having a cargo bed floor, and an elevating/lowering device 42 for supporting the ceiling component 22 in an elevating/lowering manner with respect to the cargo bed body 2, the ceiling component 22 comprises a first supporting part 23 and a second supporting part 24 supported by the elevating/lowering device 42. The first supporting part 23 is supported by the elevating/lowering device 42 in an elevating/lowering manner directly with respect to the cargo bed body 2. On the other hand, the second supporting part 24 transmits the displacement of the first supporting part 23 to the second supporting part 24, and is supported in an elevating/lowering manner with respect to the cargo bed body 2 via displacement transmission members 40 and 41 for simultaneously supporting the second supporting part 24 together with the first supporting part 23 in the same direction.
