PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any emergency treatment from being performed when a traveling vehicle is brought into contact with any obstacle in a state that its traveling is stopped while preventing the problem of the collision of the traveling vehicle with any obstacle. SOLUTION: In a traveling vehicle 1 for performing automatic emergency treatment at the time of detecting any obstacle according as it collides with any obstacle, when the traveling vehicle 1 is turned into a state that its traveling is stopped, any emergency treatment according to the detection of any obstacle is inhibited, and when the traveling vehicle 1 is traveling, the emergency treatment according to the detection of any obstacle is performed.
