PURPOSE: A method and a system for the public subscription for entertainment on the Internet by using the adjusted amount as a security are provided to make clients under the process of the settlement of accounts participate in the public subscription for investment in entertainment by using the money for the settlement of accounts. CONSTITUTION: The data inputted through input devices are transmitted to an adjusted money checking unit(120) via a data receiving unit(115). If an investment client(105) is not able to afford to invest, the adjusted money checking unit is operated. Thereafter, the data are transmitted to an adjusted money security unit(125). The adjusted money security unit decides if the adjusted money is sufficient and adopts the adjusted money as the security. The corresponding data are transmitted to an adjusted money processing unit(130). The adjusted money processing unit converts the adjusted money to public offerings. The public offerings are provided to the client. A public offering unit(135) operates a process about investment public subscription based on the data of the client.
