PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method and a device for forming sashes by which the generation of streaky flaws and ruggedness is prevented and the method and the device for forming sashes by which a strip is bent into smooth circular-arc shape. SOLUTION: A pulling-out apparatus 40 for pulling out the strip 11 from a bending device 40 is arranged on the strip discharging side of the bending device 30. This pulling-out apparatus 40 is constituted so that the strip 11 is pulled out of the bending device 30 by holding the strip 11 between a pair of driving members 41, 42 and rotating the driving rollers 41, 42 in this state. By rotationally driving the driving members 41, 42 in the pulling-out apparatus 40 with a driving device 50 such as a motor, tensile force so that the strip 11 is pulled out of the bending device 30 is applied to the strip 11.
