PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varnish application apparatus capable of adjusting the adhesion amount of a varnish responding to the position state of a magnet electric wire to be wound. SOLUTION: This varnish application apparatus is provided with a varnish application means 17 installed in the middle of a supply portion of a magnet electric wire 11 to be wound and for applying a varnish 13 to the magnet electric wire 11 and a varnish application amount adjustment means 20 which successively adjusts the amount of the varnish 13 applied by the varnish application means 17 corresponding to the necessary adhesion amount at the position of the magnet electric wire 11 to be wound.
