PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip part of an ultrasonic endoscope capable of securing necessary and sufficient performance as an endoscope by forming arrangement holes for passing arranged objects except a signal cable connected to an ultrasonic probe in a tip part body as thickly as possible. SOLUTION: In this tip part, the various arrangement holes for arranging the arranged objects 8, 18, 21 except the signal cable 15 are formed around cable passage holes 10a, 10b of the tip part body 1 allowing passage of the signal cable 15 connected to the ultrasonic probe 2. The cable passage holes 10a, 10b are formed such that cross-sectional shape of the passage hole 10a, 10b halfway varies in accordance with shape of a portion not formed with the arrangement hole.
