PURPOSE:To provide a product which is low in sliding resistance of a plunger, has a less adverse influence on the human body and is low in cost as a syringe to be used as an injector, a medicinal liquid filling container of a continuous injector of an medicinal liquid, etc. CONSTITUTION:This syringe 1 is composed of a cylinder 2 and the plunger 3 which slides while coming into tight contact with the inside wall surface of this cylinder 2. The parts of the syringe where the plunger 3 comes into contact with the inside wall of the cylinder, for example, a gasket 4, etc., are formed of a synthetic resin. A coating layer 10 of a hydrophilic polymer is formed by bonding a reactive functional group, such as isocyanate group, existing on the surface of the synthetic resin and a hydrophilic polymer, such as polyvinyl pyrrolidone. |
