摘要 PURPOSE: A method of preparing a stock made from beef bones by pouring beef bones and beef in boiling water and heating is provided which prevents the loss of nutrient components. During the manufacture of the stock made form beef bones, cut beef can be poured into boiling water, together with beef bones.
