PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device being a step-up circuit of a strobe and a self-exciting flyback converter using an FET, including a stroboscopic device for controlling oscillation by an FET circuit basic type and a plurality of control terminals, capable of composing a flyback circuit using an FET and of providing a circuit without improperly executing oscillation, and effective for efficiency improvement of a converter and miniaturization of a transformer. SOLUTION: This stroboscopic device is a flyback convertor for a strobe for stepping up a battery voltage by a transformer and a switch element and is so structured that the switch element for step up is driven through a transistor operated by electromotive force of a feedback winding and a gate element.
