PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user's mental burden in performing telephone conversation. SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of voice data constituted of human voices are stored in a recording medium 23A. In telephone conversation, a user operates a controller 20, and the controller 20 outputs the selection information of an additional voice. A generating part 23 selects voice data corresponding to the selection information among the voice data stored in the recording medium 23A. The selected voice data are read from the recording medium 23A, a volume and timing are controlled, a combining part 24 combines the voice data with a voice signal of a conversation destination and the combined voice is outputted from a speaker 25. By the combined voice outputted from the speaker 25, the user can feel as if a plurality of persons exist at the conversation destination and one of them has conversation with the user, so that the user's mental burden can be reduced.
