PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily identify the state, etc. of a local spot communication network. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle information communication apparatus includes a GPS receiver 4, a broad communication apparatus 5, and a local spot communication apparatus 6. The on-vehicle information communication apparatus has a database 10 for holding data about the local spot communication network. If a vehicle reaches the vicinity of the communication area of the local spot communication network, the display showing the communication area is displayed on a display screen. The information about the local spot communication network can be received through the broad communication apparatus 5 from the local spot generalization part, the information of the communication area can be updated and a practical display can be performed.
