PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind bolt and a blind nut rotatably supporting a locking piece and a nut with a structure of very simple working by eliminating a through support shaft, not easily breaking, providing high fastening force and reducing number of parts and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A bolt main body provided with a pair of rotary projection shaft 23 on an inner surface 2a of an elongated hole 22 formed along an axial direction is included. The locking piece 3 provided with a rotary recess part 31 rotatably and loosely fitted on the rotary projection shaft 23 in the elongated hole 22 of the bolt main body 2 is included. An energizing member 4 energizing the locking piece 3 in a rotation direction is provided. The locking piece 3 respond fastening of a nut 5 under a condition where a longitudinal direction thereof crosses an axial direction of the bolt main body 2 at right angles, separates the rotary recess part 31 from the rotary projection part 23 and moves until abutting on another end side of the inner surface of the elongated hole 22 to fasten an object to be fastened Y on a foundation member X together with a nut 5.
