PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll screen enabling replacement operation to be comfortably performed by a worker with ease by preventing a windup pipe from being inadvertently rotated when a screen is removed. SOLUTION: This rolling screen capable of winding up the screen by the accumulated energizing force of a windup spring incorporated in the windup pipe comprises a ratchet member 28 and a lever member 30 as a switching means for switching between a fixed state in which one end of the windup spring is fixed to a side plate 14 and a released state in which the one end of the windup spring is released from the side plate 14. The ratchet tooth 28b of the ratchet member 28 is engaged with or disengaged from the gear 26 of a base 26 connected to one end 20a of the windup spring 20 so as not to be rotated relative to each other.
