PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal pulling gate system capable of intercepting a horizontal pulling gate by remote control. SOLUTION: In the horizontal pulling gate system constituted by having a door body formed in the shape of a box consisting of a running mechanism rotating a wheel by an electric motor for traveling and a rising and falling mechanism making the door body go up and down to make the wheel as a base point by the electric motor for rising and falling inside thereof and opening and closing the opening section of a bank by the horizontal movement of the door body, it is provided to a horizontal pulling gate part opening and closing the opening section by the door body, it controls the driving of the electric motor for the traveling and the rising and falling installed in the door body, and it has an opening and closing operating device S1 operating the opening and closing of the horizontal pulling gate and a remote controlling device S2 remotely controlling the opening and closing of the horizontal pulling gate through the opening and closing operating device S1 by detecting an emergency intercepting state in a remote area.
