PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an end part 5a in the circumferential direction of a snap ring 5 from interfering with a projection 102 formed on a cancel plate 10 to regulate diametrical deformation of the snap ring 5 and dropping by relative rotation of the snap ring 5 and the cancel plate 10. SOLUTION: A plurality of projections 102 for regulating expansion of diameter of the snap ring 5 for supporting the cancel plate 10 from the opposite side to a cancel oil chamber are formed and are extended in a circular arc shape projecting toward an outer peripheral face of the snap ring 5. For this reason, the snap ring 5 is caught in the projections 102 and does not cross over it even when relative rotation of the cancel plate 10 and the snap ring 5 occurs and functions as a reinforcing rib of the cancel plate 10 because both end parts 102b of the projection 102 face an outer peripheral side.
