PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air duct for a vehicle increased in rigidity by a support part interposed between the upper wall part and the lower wall part thereof and easily recyclable even after the further deformation of a bonnet is allowed by the deformation of the upper wall part thereof. SOLUTION: A grommet 7 with an annular engagement groove 11 as an engagement means is fixed to the tip part 5a of a strut part 5. An engaged means having a through hole 12 as a relieving opening part and detachable from the annular engagement groove 11 by an opening peripheral edge end part 13 forming the through hole 12 is formed on the lower wall part 4 of the duct at a position corresponding to the strut part 5. When an external load beyond a prescribed value acts on the upper wall part 1 of the duct and the engagement of the annular engagement groove 11 with the opening peripheral edge end part 13 is released, the strut part 5 advances into the through hole 12 without being broken nor damaged, and the upper wall part 1 of the duct is deformed to the lower wall part 4 side.
