PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture and mounting operation by forming a layer solidified from a low melting point substance on the outer periphery of a hollow support, inserting it into an elastic tube, then melting the solidified layer, removing it, and supporting the tube to the support. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of a hollow support 30 is covered with solidified ice 21 of water, and a guide 23 made of only ice is formed at one end. An elastic tube 31 is intruded to the end of the guide 23 in the state that the one end side with the guide 23 directed upward, the surface of the ice 21 becomes 0 to -5 deg.C, the surface is melted or partly melted. The tube 31 is moved down as it is, and the tube 31 is disposed at the other end side of the side having the support 30. When the ice 21 is melted in this state, the tube 31 is contracted, thereby obtaining the elastic self-contractible tube 32 supported onto the support 30. |
