A physiologically ingestible composition of matter obtained by using water tuned to target certain pathologies in mammals, and uses thereof are provided. The tuned water is produced by passing the water through a plurality of coil sets in fluid communication. The tuned water may be used for producing and tuning super-oxygenated and structured water. The physiologically ingestible composition of matter may be administered to reduce the amount of lactic acid/lactate produced in the muscle of a mammal undergoing stress.
