PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling device of an electric blind capable of determining whether there is the sunshine or not with good accuracy, of which the whole device can be structured at low cost. SOLUTION: The controlling device of the electric blind comprises a sunshine detecting device 12 including an illuminance sensor 52 detecting the illuminance, and a shielding member 54 moving relatively to the illuminance sensor 52 in a manner of passing at least the first relative position where the direct light from the direction of the sun to the illuminance sensor 52 is shielded and the second relative position where the direct light from the direction of the sun to the illuminance sensor is not shielded. The controlling device further comprises a sunshine determination means 40 determining the existence of the sunshine based on the relationship between the illuminance value of the illuminance sensor 52 of the sunshine detecting device 12 and the relative position between the illuminance sensor 52 and the shielding member 54, and an automatic controlling means 38 outputting a control signal to the electric blind based on the result of the sunshine existence determination by the sunshine determination means 40.
