PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing which is easily fitted into an inverted tapered groove formed in a door receiving area, and uniformly and flexibly deformable over the entire length of a door (the entire periphery of the door) when pressed to the door, to thereby exert complete packing effect. SOLUTION: The packing P is formed of a flexible synthetic rubber or a flexible synthetic resin, and has a hollow structure defined by an almost triangular external surface 1, and an almost triangular internal surface 2 along the external shape of the external surface. The packing has grooves 3b, 3a, 4 formed in right and left diagonal sides and a top point of the internal surface 2, which extend in a longitudinal direction of the packing P.
