A hydraulic emergency shut-off device of a floodgate is provided to prevent accidents by shutting off a floodgate in an emergency and preventing the flow of fluids to a pump station or a treatment plant by supplying hydraulic pressure to an upper port of a cylinder using an emergency shut-off valve operated by power sources stored in an emergency power supply device and hydraulic pressure accumulated in an accumulator in an emergency such as a power failure. The hydraulic emergency shut-off device of a floodgate comprises a floodgate(10) guided to a floodgate frame(12) installed to an opening of a channel to open and close the channel and equipped with a stem(11), a cylinder(20) coupled with the stem of the floodgate on a piston rod(21) to ascend and descend the floodgate, provided with upper and lower ports on upper and lower parts of a body and installed on a cylinder support(41) of a base(40), a gate positioner(30) coupled to a rack(31) fixed to the piston rod of the cylinder to indicate the opening degree of the floodgate by the ascent and descent of the floodgate, a hydraulic pump(50) installed to one side of the cylinder, a manual hydraulic pump installed between the cylinder and the hydraulic unit to operate the cylinder manually, and an operation panel(70) installed to one side of the cylinder and the hydraulic unit and equipped with various switches. The hydraulic pump contains a hydraulic pump installed to a pipeline to pump out fluids in a hydraulic pump to supply hydraulic pressure to the cylinder and operated by an electric motor, a directional valve installed on the pipeline and connected to the upper and lower ports of the cylinder to change the direction of the cylinder by solenoid operation, an accumulator installed parallel to the directional valve and storing up hydraulic pressure at ordinary times, and an emergency shut-off valve descending the cylinder using operational signals generated by an emergency power supply device in an emergency such as a power failure.
