Dynamical banner has two nodes of fixation, cable braces and advertisement carrier fixed on cable braces between fixation nodes. Besides the fact that each node for fixation is arranged as base on which two yokes for fixation to supports are fixed, and cup with bearing unit in which axis is fixed where beam is placed, this has possibility of rotation on axis in arc within 170-185 DEGREE , besides that on the base restrictor of angle of turn of beam is placed.
