PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a gain value corresponding to the number of added pixels can not be obtained due to the nonlinearity of an analog operation and the calculation of an incident X-ray dose is not easy when adjacent pixel addition is performed in an analog manner on an FPD. SOLUTION: In performing calibration, white images corresponding to the respective numbers of the added pixels are acquired. The respective white images are acquired by the same X-ray dose; the average value is preserved in a memory and used for correction, and thus accurate image information independent of the number of the added pixels is obtained.
