PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor device which suppresses the transmission of vibration to a vehicle body and can be improved in cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: PCU 10 comprises a resin mold 24 which is so arranged as to surround a plurality of capacitor elements 21 and integrates those capacitor elements 21, and a case body 31 for storing the resin mold 24.
