A well-being diet wear made out of cotton and hygroscopic exothermic fibers is provided to increase the amount of sweat from at least one of areas including chest, back, abdomen, and hip, thereby maximizing a diet effect. A well-being diet wear(100) is woven with a 20-30s filament thread prepared by using cotton and hygroscopic exothermic fibers at a ratio of 68-78%:22-32%. The filament thread is obtained by twisting a three-stranded cotton thread while moving a single-stranded hygroscopic exothermic fiber to produce a primary filament thread, followed by twisting a nine-stranded cotton thread while moving the single-stranded primary filament thread. Parts of an upper garment(110) and a lower garment(120) are stitched(130) at a tiled angle of 5-30 degrees to prevent the fabric edge from curling. |
