PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device and its manufacturing method which can reduce a height. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device electrically connects an electric component 20 and a piezoelectric vibrator 30 containing a piezoelectric vibrating reed 35 in a package 32 through a wiring pattern 27 of a substrate 40. The electric component 20 is arranged on the top plane 40a of the substrate 40, the piezoelectric vibrator 30 is arranged in parallel to the substrate 40, and resin 62 adheres to the top plane 40a side of the substrate 40 at least in a junction region between the piezoelectric vibrator 30 and the substrate 40.
