PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct an antenna installation angle, and to detect a single fault of the transmission system or a reception system of a fixed station antenna. SOLUTION: Transmission/reception apparatuses A11, B21 and C31 used to perform communication with a fixed station antenna 1 are provided in the inside of a spot communication region 81 formed by the fixed station antenna 1. Field strength measuring devices 13, 23, 33, 43 connected to the transmission/reception devices and the fixed station antenna measure the transmission filed strength of a wireless radio wave transmitted from the fixed station antenna 1 to be received by the transmission/reception devices, and a reception field strength of a wireless radio wave to be received by the fixed station antenna 1 from the transmission/reception devices; a data processing device 3 accumulates the measured field strengths, and compares them with past data, thereby detecting variations in field strength. Then, a deviation direction of the installation angle of the fixed station antenna 1 and a moving quantity thereof are detected on the basis of the variation degree of the field strength, and the antenna angle is automatically corrected.
