PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system and a wireless base station apparatus whereby a user strongly receiving interference from adjacent base stations can transmit a signal by a frequency or time avoiding the interference without fail, since a plurality of base stations jointly form SDMA antenna patterns and packet scheduling avoiding strong interference from the adjacent base stations can be attained in combination with a scheduler. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system in a wireless system comprising the base stations is characterized in that when a fixed beam pattern different for each frequency is allocated, each wireless base station apparatus transmits a radio wave using a directivity pattern including peaks in the same direction at two or more different frequencies and transmission of a radio wave using different directivity patterns at two or more different frequencies is transmitted between the wireless base station apparatuses adjacent to each other.
