PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple heat radiation structure to obtain a highly effective heat control, and to provide an easy assembling work operation. SOLUTION: A heat pipe 13 is fitted in a head part 11 and a screw part 12 of a screw member 10, and a heat receiving part 15 and a heat radiation fin 14 are fastened with the use of the screw member 10. It is structured that the amount of heat transferred from an electronic component 18 to the heat receiving part 15 with the use of the fastened heat pipe 13 can be heat transported to the fin 14 and radiated.
