PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element capable of receiving and detecting both a visible light and an infrared ray without using a large-scale optical system and a complicated calculation processing. SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging element, color filters and on-chip lenses for condensing an incident light are formed corresponding to the sensor of each pixel on the upper part of the sensor of each of pixels, the color filter is not formed on some pixels in a pixel region, an infrared ray cut film 21 not transmitting an infrared ray but transmitting a visible light is formed on the pixel on which a color filter is formed of the pixel region, and the infrared ray cut film 21 is formed into a pattern continuing on an adjacent pixel in the corner of the pixel.
