Universal devices and processes for foodstuff shaping and decorating consists from a continual process and devices for continual process, while foodstuff gelling masses are poured into an endless tubular mould (3), which passes through a cooler (4) where the mass solidifies and at the end goes out of the endless tubular mould (3) and is radically cut, when parts of the product overflow, and at the same time make printed decorative plates, synchronously set onto the coated pieces of the product, and thereupon sprinkled by foodstuff sprinklers, cooled, and released from the surplus and packed. Universal device and shaping procedures and decoration of foodstuff products, consist of discontinual procedure, where gelling foodstuff mass is poured into the tubular moulds, with plastic baglike inserted piece where it remains up to solidity and thereupon it is taken out and further treated as to the same, above mentioned, process. Universal device and processes for shaping and decoration of foodstuff products with a core and lateral envelope consists of a discontinual process, where the first gelling mass is poured into a tubular mould, with sticklike inserted piece, where it rests up to the solidity, then the sticklike inserted piece is taken out and the other mass is poured into the empty space, when solidified the mass is taken out and radially cut into pieces.
