The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I), wherein: n is equal to 0, 1, 2 or 3; X1, X2, X3, X 4, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5 represent a hydrogen atom or certain specific substituents; W represents a fused bicyclic group of formula (a), bound to the nitrogen atom by positions 1, 2, 3 or 4; A represents a 5 to 7-membered optionally substituted heterocycle comprising one to three heteroatoms selected among O, S or N. Said compounds are ligands of the TRPV1 vanilloid receptor useful for treating pain and inflammation. |
